I was late to figure out that I can upgrade the new titan belt. When I click on the Titan memory card , system says Item cannot be modified . Am I missing something here?
What ilvl is your belt and how are you trying to apply the memory card?
You can’t upgrade the belt until you have all the Titan disc effects (charged bolts, electric current, etc.).
That’s not a thing considering my first upgrade was with 1 power and my belt is now maxed and I still have half my powers locked
Did anyone manage to fix this? I am having the same problem and can’t find a solution ANYWHERE
