i have been playing wow since cata with a very brief vanilla and wrath play time of one month. wow always had prestige with the gear u had. i can remember getting one shot by an arcane missile. it sucked but that was the price of being a noob. i can remember the first time i ever saw a guy with full glad gear on in mop and him never dying with his double stam trinkets and 3x as much health being a tank. but he deserved that. he is the top .5% in the game.
i just got a 375 titan forge from a bg. WTF blizz. i donât feel lucky. i feel cheated. when i got full pvp gear in mop it mean i crushed plebs and when people had the same gear i knew i was better then him if i bet him. i earned that by playing 2s and 3s all season. now u can get luck every 2 week with your warfront get a world boss drop every week that can be 395. holy crap were did the working hard for gear go. gear level doesnât mean anything when there is not telling the person was good or lucky. we want gear vendors. but because the same guys that need that warfront loot wont buy crap in the right order we all have to suffer. let people fail and suck at the game again. so what if u canât do content cuz u suck that what makes u get better. i got one shot in pvp a lot but i didnât quite i got good. i still play this crap of a game cuz the bgs is still sold but no one wants to come back to the game when u can suck and still have good gear. please give up on anything u can afk and win and titan forging needs to dies so freaking fast its ridiculous

Titanforging is trash and should have never been added. Personally, I donât think I should be able to get Mythic level gear by afking in a damn warfront.
Just because it is rare doesnât mean it is okay. You should receive rewards for the content you complete, not be at the mercy of the RNG slot machine for mongo titanforges.
Because ALL of the gameâs issues can be summed up by ârandom_player_366425â got lucky and received a titanforged item while the other player next to him didnât.
Sounds to me like all you gits that whinge about titanforging are just jealous that someone managed to essentially âroll 100â and get a lucky drop.
For one, that doesnât happen nearly as often as youâd like to think it does.
For two, if you hate titanforging as much as you say you do, I challenge you to delete/sell/scrap/disenchant ALL titanforged pieces that you currently have.
After all, if that same random player canât have his titanforge pieces, then neither can you.
Something tells me youâre actually fine with it after allâŚ
Yea, itâs not stripped down classes that feel incomplete, having to grind constant AP, or the poorly thought out Azerite system that are killing BfA.
I will tell you why I donât like titanforge. Titanforge skews the game from skill = rewards, into luck = reward and also, time played = reward because if you bang your head against m+ dungeons or wq long enough then you have much better chance of getting a titanforge.
Years ago in MOP I played a very low number of hours per week and I still managed to rank on raid boss fights. Now unless I grind hours and hours and hours a week to get bis and titanforge I wonât ever rank. I donât have this amount of time and I donât think most wow users have this time anymore as we have all grown up, very many have kids.
This is why I wish âengagementâ werenât a thing. As long as we pay are monthly sub why should anyone care about how much we grind per week/ month. I feel like trying to get people to do repetitive content over and over for a rng chance at bis/titanforge is pushing people away more than making them want to stay. I say this because it pushed me away. I hope maybe someone from blizzard will read this because it pushed me away
I canât compete with someone who stays at home all day and plays 8 hours a day to get bis, nor would I want to have to do tol dagor over and over and over to try and get my bis trinket because that is not fun to me, it would be bearable if it were capped how many times you could run it a week but not unlimited, that just causes burn out and frustration.
Oh and there is a problem with class balance too, playing a shaman in bfa was not fun. I was doing high parses and still come middle of the pack. In MOP everything seemed more balanced. Thank you for listening.
Pretty much this. I donât understand the intense hatred for it. Itâs nice if I get a TF piece if I donât then I donât care. Thereâs certainly bigger problems to worry about.
