if you swap back and forth between cat form and travel form, you get to keep the tireless pursuit speed buff and move faster than if you stayed in travel form. Is this intended? It would be a hilarious thing to do in fights.
Unclear, but it has always functioned like this, so it’s likely more “feature” than “bug” at this point.
Why would it not be intended? That is the functionality of the talent.
Yeah, it’s always been like this. It’s super fun, especially when coupled with a Cancel Form macro.
Nothing like having half a team angerly chasing you in a circle, rather than focusing on spinning a flag xD
I think it is unintended because when it was added to the game as a soulbind conduit in shadowlands, the buff was immediately canceled upon entering travel/cat form. It even still works like this if you have the conduit and go back to shadowlands zones to test it.
The version they copied to the class tree in dragonflight stays active in travel/cat form, but the text reads exactly the same as the conduit and this change was never in any patch notes. I think it was just an error they made when copying it.

Change the name of one of feral’s bleeds to “the cheese touch” when it has this buff pls
Its clearly unintended. My guess is they are too lazy/dont know how to fix it somehow

That’s exactly how it worked somehow they just added that new effect in.
