To regular normal raiding. People have to learn the raid in order to do it. How do you learn without making mistakes???

Pugs aren’t a great place to learn how to do fights unless it says it’s for learning in the description. Most people when they make a pug group, want to get in and out asap. Since it’s the beginning of the season, if someone isn’t pulling their weight, the lead can kick and replace very quickly.
It’s better to find a guild or raid group to do content with so you can learn without being kicked.

watch some brief videos. I recommend stankie’s, they’re about 5 mins per boss.
you’ll still need to go in and learn but you’ll at least have an idea of what to expect.

That’s what progression groups/guilds are for.
PUGs are there to get stuff done ASAP. Random people owe you nothing, so they have no reason to carry you while you do your learning.
People will only tolerate you learning under the assumption that you will be there next week, and that on that next week you will have already learned. So… get on a group that plans on going back every week, that’s the place to learn.

Sorry, but by now groups expect you to know all the mechanics and not fail anymore. Only real way to circumvent this is by making your own group. Or join LFR.

Which bosses are you being removed from?
The guild I’m in is progressing heroic. We just got realm first Larodar kill a few nights ago after 3 hours and 22 attempts. People are learning yes, but if you pug you have to work your way up. They aren’t going to be as patient.
It’s rediciously stupid but that is the wow community, same as ‘link achievement for having done the raid, to get into the raid you need to do in order to get said achievement, on first couple weeks’
Unfortunately the only real solutions is as said get in a guild that is raiding, make your own group, or LFR it, which is silly, but that is what the community is.

Not sure how LFR is silly. It gives you basics so you have at least some idea what you’re doing. And if you’ve already watched a video (you should if you’re trying to pug raid) then you’ll get practice for most of what you saw in the video.
Yes you can argue timegating LFR is stupid, but that’s stupid on the devs not on the community.

Not saying LFR is silly, LFR is great, and it is wonderful Blizzard added it so people who want to raid can without being gatekept out of being able to get into a normal without having to find a guild to get in, which is what the silly is.

Unless they specifically say it’s a learning group they have no obligation to keep people who they think are not performing. And you can’t expect a bunch of randos to turn their group into a learning group if that was not their intention.

Welcome to raid pugs where learning is often a big no no and you’re expected to know what to do don’t like it find a guild 
Well for one, you don’t learn on stranger’s time.
they remove anyone who’s dying or underperforming in a heartbeat.
You might have to find a guild who’s still clearing normal and explain that it’s your first time.
PUG raid groups are worse than elitists.

tell you what, get on wowhead or icy veins and read about your class or watch some youtube video, also attempting m+ start with 0s to get a hang of it and when going higher and unsure, watch some youtube video.
also having weak aura for your class from wago.io helps a lot.
You not doing that is kinda disrespectful towards others time hence you get kicked and also ppl ofc are poop and kick ppl or quit m+ and ruin someones key once in a while.
