Tiragarde Incursion: Airship PvP

Hello War Mode forums! I decided to put together a video showcasing the great things you can do in War Mode, especially during Incursions.

In this video, me and a few friends are on the Horde Airship that Alliance have to board in Tiragarde Sound to destroy in order to finish their Incursion. We’re here to prevent them, it’s our airship after all! We must protect it! We’ll show you how to get atop the airship to do just that, too, in case you want to do it with your friends!

The best part is, Alliance can’t do anything about it if you have a decent sized group up there! Once finished with the Incursion, (for Alliance) the airship can no longer be seen or boarded on by them since they’ve technically destroyed it. I believe the only zone you can’t do this in is Stormsong. While it’s possible to board the airship, Alliance don’t have to destroy it to finish.

This is awesome! This is what warmode and WPVP should be! Admittedly I liked it more when it was a small group of friends, before it turned into a raid. But still hilarious! Really liked the glider escape to the lower level of the airship too! :+1::+1:

Thank you! This is the fun I have in War Mode very often.

Admittedly I was against the idea of a raid too, but on the bright side, I only had decided to do it because I was already recording, and was like, “might as well go all out.”

Even then, the group never got above 20+ people or so, it was never a raid group of 30-40. Especially for a small airship.

I seen! I had woke up and noticed the post was flagged and even got a system message from it from wow forums saying a moderator will review it… I don’t get what’s offensive about it to be honest.

Just alliance crying that PvP happened, there is a reason the alliance need 3x the reward to set foot in warmode.

Wow, I can’t believe someone flagged this post! If you flagged this, please disable Warmode. This video is a great representation of what WPVP should be. A group of max level players got creative and fought other max level players. It wasn’t a group of 120’s camping Duskwood or some other leveling zone.

If this video offended your pvp sensibilities, you definitely don’t belong in WM. I’d argue you don’t even belong on this forum.

If you die on the airship can you get back to your body ?

Sadly, yes, you can. Once you die on the airship, you’re teleported down to a graveyard instantly alive, (with a 2 minute honorless target debuff.)

Back when the Incursions first came out, anyone who died on the ship had to get resurrection sickness, but they changed it so that you’d be teleported down. The first day of the Incursion we had alot of fun killing Alliance and making them take resurrection sickness.
