Also what kind of guild recruits, has a conversation, then wants an application? Ain’t nobody got time for dat. I call shenanigans, which again, is kind of a redundancy in a Ragemode thread.

I haven’t done a big application thing in awhile because a lot of times it just comes down to what your achievements look like, but usually they were just forms to fill out to filter newbies and/or dudebros. More though, it takes time to find a mutual time to talk to people when you can just scan an application pretty quick, which is why that would come first and why there is a lot of #doubt here.
