Been watching a few guides, If you could tldr and possibly give tips on opener/rotation thatd be awesome, maybe even some macros. Im going archon because the aesthetic appeals more to me than VW (Shadow and light just sounds way too cool)
I’ve been using WoWHead for my talents and rotation, and the One Button Rotation to get used to it.
Be prepared to learn a new spec every 2-3 patches cuz you got reworked again

That’s what Disc is for. 
Jokes aside, take the talent that makes Vampiric Touch apply Shadow Word: Pain to shorten your rotation, and just click whatever lights up. Pew pew as hard as you can. It’s not any more complicated than anything else. Also, take the talent that removes the necessity to aim your Shadow Crash.
Archon is dookie. Halo is weird. I was doing fine with the Mind Spike VW build. But I didn’t have any Mastery so I dropped it.
As long as you do the opener right every time, that’s the most important part of Shadow. You need that insanity on opener, otherwise you can’t DP and that will cripple your damage.

MF:I is your best damage move and it gives you 3 free charges. Great place to send a potion/trinket.
Spamming Flay waiting for something better to do is for Classic.
