Rexxar is destroying me. That 400% increase to sanity loss is insane. I think I could 5 mask besides that boss completely draining two full sanity bars in a matter of seconds. Does anyone have some good tips?

have you filled out the talent tree yet?
make sure you’re interrupting/stunning the adds to prevent their casts as well.

Switch onto the adds as soon as they spawn. They trigger at different %s of Rexxar’s health, so if you go easy on the deeps you can spread them out a little more.

Focus adds as they come out, and make sure to let them cast as little as possible. Also, making sure your gift of the titans will be able to proc off of either the first or second boar (second is better) is a huge help.

Two solution I found:
A. Time gift of the titan to rexxar. Gift proc quite predictably every 1 minute. It’s still not 100% though. But if it does you just tunnel rexxar until it ran out.
B. Use orb on pull. Orb will continue to work during fight. It might not be ideal use of an orb but it’s better than wipe.
Personally I just burst rexxar down in combustion. Before too much sanity damage. Timewarp+gift of the titan can do 2 millions in 10 seconds easy.
