Tip the Scales cooldown increase?

Just curious if maybe I’m just remembering things wrong or if they nerfed the hell out the ability or not but um swear it used to have a 30 second cooldown not 2 minutes…

But if you want extra context swapping back to maining Preservation after swapping to Mistweaver early Season 2 so kinda missed a many months worths of patch notes and changes so yeah :dracthyr_comfy_sip:

I’ve been playing evoker since its inception and tip the scales has always been a two-minute cooldown. Would love it to be thirty seconds, lol.
