What if we could choose the lvl of emp in tip of scale? Maybe i want to always instant cast a emp lvl 2 spell, or even lvl 1? Why am i forced to cast the max lvl?
That sounds incredibly complex to distill down to a single button.
Hum not that much, the button could be a dropdown and you select the lvl
They have done this in the past for totems for shamans
at least on preservation only level I cast anything at is 1 or max. The in-betweens might as well not exist
I let in betweens go if I’m interrupted.
Doesn’t really seem necessary, as level one is already pretty quick, and if you use Tip the Scales, there isn’t any sort of penalty for doing a higher empower than you need. There’s no harm in having a higher empowerment of Spiritbloom or Eternity Surge than you need for the number of targets if it’s instant. And Devastation just uses TTS for extending Dragonrage or dropping a phat Fire Breath on low-health mobs. Are there really situations where only a, say, rank 2 Dream Breath is acceptable and a rank 1 or max rank aren’t? This idea just doesn’t seem like it would add any real utility.

max dream breath can be detrimental but also imagining using tip for a rank 1 dream breath lol.
Its a 2min cooldown…Max ranked Empowered spells are supposed to be impactful.
If you feel an insta rank 2 something would be more beneficial then an Insta Max Rank…I feel like there was a better button to push in that situation.
