use your Arcane/Multi Shot just before Aimed Shot finishes and you will queue it to cast after, saving a GCD.

also confirmed, using a castsequence macro including but not limited to “Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot” will queue the Precise Shots buffed Arcane/Multi Shot!
just press it again before Aimed Shot finishes to queue the next.

This is not optimal.
Do it manually, its not hard to press the key as aimed shot as its finishing to cast.
A lot of the times the next spell on your priority list won’t be arcane shot, especially in ST.
You’ve discovered Spell Queuing which is a system where spells get sent to the server in a queue so you don’t have gaps between your spellcasts. The default window is 400 ms but you can alter it with an addon called AdvancedInterfaceOptions. You’ll want to learn to do it manually because you don’t always want to use arcane shot right after if there are other better spells worth casting like rapid fire or kill shot.
