In regards to the potential 3rd evoker spec, some evidence leads to a support like buff class while other lead to a tank spec.

Hear me out. What if its both.

You cast spells on an ally that buffs them allowing your ally to be a tank. You taunt mobs to them. you use spells to protect them from damage they normally could not take.

After what Preservation went through, and the crap Devastation have since Alpha till now, I’m not sure what they will do with it and how quickly they will kill it even if players want a tank or support build. That being written, it would be nice if one side was Support and the other Tank. Sadly, I have no hope.
