Haven’t played in a bit - decided to start up a new Alliance character. I’m going through the starting quests. The King just asked me to help support Jaina at Kul Tiras. I find her, tell her I’m ready to go, and the map loading screen appears drawing the line from Stormwind to Kul Tiras. Once it’s done, I immediately have a Dragonflight background saying I’ve been disconnected and asking if I want to reconnect. (When I do, I’m back at the Stormwind dock as if nothing had happened.) I’ve attempted several times, even giving Stormwind’s dock several minutes before clicking to make sure all of the background shenanigans were done. Is there any sort of workaround, or is this character just done?
I suppose you could try ending the tutorial by leaving through the main gate of Stormwind, then picking a Chromie Time.
I don’t know if you can get to Kul Tiras til this is fixed on Blizzard’s end, however. I’ve tried ending a tutorial right after I get the Dog Tag item, and it still wanted me to talk to Jaina at the ship without a skip option, iirc.
