Had a raid group fight Illidian, beat Illidian in the timewarped raid, plans did not drop. No one that had the quest was able to get the item in my raid.

Likewise, my quest is unfinished. On This Quest, you need to kill the last boss [Illidan Stormrage], and looted the corpse but no battleplans.

Same issue, did it twice to see…
Over a year later, same issue. Soloed, killed everything, no credit for the final boss, no drop of the battleplans.
