So my question is how many bugs report will it take to get our timewarped badges this is the 2nd time I’ve lost a bunch of them and I’m getting frustrated with blizzard is staff because they don’t give me the answer and when I go to the forums it gets switched to a bug report
I’m tired of farming it then losing all of it I need answers
Forum support agents are not the development team, they cannot tell you when a bug will be fixed. Fellow players also cannot do so.
I honestly don’t care this is the 2nd time I’ve lost a bunch of badges and I have not gotten any of the last ones I’ve lost back I’ve reported it and they don’t wanna return it after showing pictures of the badges I’ve lost
You obviously do care, or you would not be posting. However it is true that the CS forum is just an information desk. The folks here can give guidance on how to use the ticket system, explain policies, explain account services, etc.
They can’t fix bugs, or even report bugs. That is done via the QA team on Bug Reports.
You probably won’t get them back. Even if they fix the bug, chances of them having the logs to restore lost badges are slim. If the bug gets fixed hopefully it will stop happening in the future.
Blizzard does not accept any outside data like screenshots as “evidence”. Sadly those can be faked or altered. They only use their own internal log data. Esp when restoring items. If something is not in the logs they can’t give it to you.
This is not something Customer Support can help with. It is going to have to wait until it is confirmed as a bug by QA and fixed by Devs. You likely won’t get badges back though.
Here’s the thing it’s logged in the system I see how much I had before and recently if there not willing to fix the issue then what the point in gathering timewarped badges if we are just gonna lose them
This is a player help player forum. I don’t care if you don’t care, this is not the place for bug reports. This is not the place to come and complain about said bugs. Take it to the Bug Support area of the forums.
You don’t know that. The thing with bugs, is that they obviously mean something had a major error.
There does seem to be a bug impacting some people under some circumstances. However it is not a bug impacting everyone in all cases. Intermittent issues tend to be the hardest to find and fix. For most people there is no risk continuing to get badges.
MVPs don’t work for Blizzard, so I can’t tell you if they have confirmed this as a bug or not, or what their plan is to deal with it, if at all. Some things take forever to fix, and they don’t usually refund missing currency like that.
