Not sure if this is the right place to ask but is there a Timewarped Badge vendor for this event?
There is a vendor, but she doesn’t sell the same things as the regular Time Walking vendors. She sells anniversary things. She’s over near the historians who ask the lore questions.

They aren’t there this year. They’re in Caverns of Time. Near where Leeroy sells his chicken.

Is there a time warped vendor in storm wind some where for the 15 year anniversary event? Been looking around and can’t find anything.
The NPC that usually was in the Library, is in the Cavern of Time for the event. Has the daily trivia question and the quest to kill the original world bosses. The vendor is across from the Historians a bit, a female Troll by a tent.
