395 Whispering Incarnate Icon /w Avoidance. I couldn’t have asked for a worse dagger in the side. What a let down.
So this is a bug, but the in-game reply is ‘screw you, we don’t reimburse even for bugs’? Really?
So apparently this was fixed on live servers so that means the ones who got loot already get screwed, looks like im gonna play a different game

Unfortunately yeah, this has been their policy for a while now. Happened to me with the last ‘loot reward too low’ bug. GMs will say there’s nothing they can do, file a bug report, but you will not get replaced loot.

So thats effed up, if this is actually fixed they are screwing their entire playerbase that have completed this quest thinking they were getting ilvl 493… thats false advertisement if you ask me

Very frustrating that a blue post can direct people from customer support forums to here about this issue but there is no blue post anywhere in bug forums. A response to the issue would be great and not just them telling people they’re posting in the wrong forum.

Wow what an absolute joke. Long maintenance 2 days in a row for their screw up that they’ve had weeks or months to test?
Tomorrow is my only day off from work and I already missed playing today because of long maintenance
