Hi there, I put in a ticket but the response was to get on the forum to get the problem addressed, I bought the fel bound tome or whatever with 1000 timewalking badges to unlock the fel imp thingy, went to the barber and it’s still completely locked, put in a ticket, they said that’s a bug yadah yadah, check out the forums to see if you can get it addressed, hopefully this works 
It seems like it’s really just a bug, cause I bought it and used it yesterday, went to the barber and applied it just fine.
(but the timewalking tome is for a normal Imp yellow color)
