Timewalking scaling is completely ruined now

This is also a stupid and flawed attempt at reasoning. Level 80s have access to all of their abilities. I can pop a defensive and stand in something and not die, where a level 10 without that talent can’t, and you’re actually crying about that.

It’s not actually how timewalking is intended to function at all.

If you want timewalking 5 man dungeons to have comparable mechanics to mythic raiding I feel like that’s an entirely different discussion.

Imagine being so dense and void of critical thinking skills you can’t even understand the concept of a scaling problem that only seems to affect a select number of abilities and is clearly a bug that will likely eventually be fixed as most scaling issues in the past in timewalking dungeons also have been.

It’s happened when new timewalking was added in the past. They eventually get around to changing it.

I think one of them is the green goo on 2nd or 3rd (?) boss

I noticed it seems to be DoT abilities not scaling properly, probably like a clipping issue or something like that

There are some other bugs I’ve run into in this patch that people have reported and I suspect (or hope) we will see a hotfix rolled out on Tuesday potentially.

i have played leveling characters and max level characters in this new iteration, its a small difference if anything. i still hate sethralis though with the light ball things.

I was there when content was current. A mob had a 10 second cast, (wotlk.) And if you didn’t interrupt, it did 80% of your hp, then something else kinda finished you off.

So like, it being not totally faceroll is of no concern. It’s usually a shadow of its former self.

It wasn’t before the changes, why would it be after the changes?

People were complaining about level 11 fury warriors soloing dungeons.

If you actually did them when you claimed, then you would know they were much more difficult than they are now.

I leveled my DK that I hadn’t touched since Shadowlands in TW over the weekend. Ilvl 150 gear when the normal ilvl for that level is roughly 350.

Didn’t die once. You have a skill issue.

It’s only an issue for very low levels at the moment.

Yea the green ground stuff on the second boss will one shot in King’s Rest. Also the gold puddles on the first and the big fire AoE zone and the spears on the last boss I think.

I’ve played wow since open beta of vanilla, yet I can also understand how timewalking works and how certain things are clearly unintended bugs.

Timewalking in its past was advertised as reexperiencing the content as it was, but people can’t handle that, so at some point it became faceroll.

Now, tuning is anywhere somewhere between faceroll and “kinda have to pay attention.”

I do not view the bugs as anywhere remotely important.

They’d rather mindlessly follow a level 11 twink.

If you want to argue the content should be harder or hard or this or that should one shot, I think that’s a fine opinion to have, but it’s just weird to argue that it should one shot people of a certain level range and do nothing to people of another level range in content clearly intended to be done in joint groups of 10-80.

Y’all this complaint is valid but you have to stop poisoning it with examples of things that are SUPPOSED to be deadly and are marked that way in the DJ. Fire swirlies on 2nd boss and spears on last boss are not meant to be an ignorable tickle.

WOW abilities have never affected everyone equally. Why would they suddenly start now in this specific place?
