Well obviously everything is going to be retuned to fit the current expansion. Particularly the debuffs that would go out with no CD on dispels.

A recolor of an elite set / mythic tier set is completely different than getting the exact set. It’s no different than how things are currently.

I think a better one would be an evergreen challenge system. So like, your character is scaled like the CMs in MoP, and at the end of every expansion, the dungeons get added to this challenge system. The rewards are a currency that you use on cosmetics, titles, mounts, etc., all unique to this system. 2 difficulties, one queable, one premised only. Both give currency for the cosmetics, but hard modes give you more and achievements on top of it.

And crank it up. Make hard mode really, really hard.

My answer is yes, yes and yes.

Gonna be a pass from me m+ sucks, and the old dungeons would lose their soul if you had to gotta go fast timer them.

They’d still be playable in their normal and heroic state.

So you might need to lower your barrier of entry for rewards. The % of people who do 15s isnt as high as you think and the % of people who do 18s is even lower.

But yes, your basic premise is sound and I think would be a ton of fun and add variety to the getting stagnant dungeon runs that occur about a year into any expansion.
