Mobs in BC Timewalking dungeons are giving 100-200 XP per kill at 78 with rested bonus—nowhere near what they should be giving. Only meaningful XP gain is from dungeon completion.

I am having the same problem, being rested at lvl 73 only gave 100 to 300 exp.
