Every time I come out of a Timewalking dungeon, dragon riding is turned back on. I’ve put it back to steady flying, but when I come out of the next Timewalking dungeon, dragon riding is back on again.
Id edit and move this to bug reports.

I have also noticed this issue. Please make a Bug Report about it.
