Why cant we resell these to vendors? I just accidentally bought a bunch of these for a faction im already exalted with. I was trying to buy sha tar tokens which are right below honor hold. Am i just screwed?

Open a ticket. That’s about the best (and only) option you have now.
Are they BoA? If so, send them to an alt.
The ones from Pandaria timewalking are (the ones that give faction rep), as long as they are not used they can be sent to alts. Then the alts can use them for rep.
Because BC rep matters on alts? what.
According to the people who want account wide rep it does.
