Hello, I was asked to post here to potentially get this issue resolved. I received a 415 item lvl cloak from the timewalking quest this week and would like to get a proper ilvl replacement? Happy for it to be the same cloak if that’s easier of course!

I was told to post on here as well. I received a Flame-warped Curio only ilvl 441 but there is no way to turn it in at the emerald Dream area for the tier piece. Would also give me a two set which would be nice. Also, just came back from a year off so not the greatest feel when you come back and get the gear you should get from a cache that you did when Season 4 released.

Same, got a 418 season 2 piece. I submitted a ticket and they said they could not fixed. What???
