Timewalking Changes: RIP Timewalking Sets 11.0.5 Changes

Oooh. Interesting.

Only legendary i have is Shadowmourne and i was never going to destroy it so i didnt know they couldnt be trashed. Interesting.

Specifically Legion legendaries which are taking up a lot of space in the bank since we were swimming in them by the end. Their only use currently was for timewalking sets.

rip fun.
I just got an Arcanocrystal with both a socket + leech on it when Withered Jim was last in rotation.
Can someone direct me to the post-nurf focus group…

Mage Tower still scales you down.

RIP my 38 gem fury warrior. The only other option is to level a twink at level of say TBC, however, you won’t be talent capped. I have my timereaver and the rest of the junk.

You could play classic, but they are rushing the expansions and keep adding another xpac so it’s not classic anymore.

There’s hardcore, but who really wants to create a new toon all the time.

Private servers I guess.

Making custom sets and nullifying legendaries is probably the biggest disaster decision ever

rip timewalking and timewalking sets.

game being designed by people that don’t even play WoW! you see similar stuff in the Diablo IV team, when they were trying to play the game live

that’s what you get when you stop recruiting gamers, and only hire people that went to game dev school…you lose things like timewalking. :100:

Have you seen sources saying it will remain that way?
90/10 it won’t remain that way.

Another bad change

Not only does this ruin a part of the game that some people have enjoyed for about a decade (i.e., twinking for timewalking), it also makes leveling in timewalking less pleasant, because you generally don’t get gear quickly enough between 70 and 80 to make up for how quickly your character loses power.

This really is sad. I had really good time walking sets I put alot of time into on various alts.
