Yeah reporting a super annoying issue that I got from my TW cache just moments ago, a flame-warped curio from season 2 of dragonflight at 441 item lvl… I hope this gets fixed cause that was such a huge waste of time

Yeah, I got an ilevel 418 season 2 item. I submitted a ticket, and all Blizzard said was that this was a known issue, but sorry, they could not give me a correct item. What the heck?
Dont feel bad…i got a 389 season 1 weapon…how do we get this fixed
I also got a 441 Curio and support says to post here. This should be retroactively fixed for us. I send an in game support and GM says post here, why not be actual support and report to the Devs. Then we don’t have to spend more time reporting something we already reported.
It did it for me too on my hunter just now. 3 day wait ticket time lol

Same here, also received a flame-warped curio even though they said they had hotfixed it
I think the hotfix was just for crests iirc. Haven’t seen any official notes about this issue, only stuff from Wowhead comments.
I also got the Flame-Warped Curio with 441 item lvl and was told by one GM to try again, but try what? The last answer I got was: “We can confirm this is not an issue under any further investigation and no exchange will be possible for this item.” BUT they said rewards received before the fix were exchanged for level appropriate Caches, so they wont do anything for those that got a Flame-Warped Curio?

You should have gotten a replacement cache if you got gear those of us in the fish or curio gang didn’t receive a replacement and customer support refuse to help on this matter because it was “Fixed” and they are no longer looking into it. so they cheated us out of our gear…
