Timewalking Cache (Black Temple) isnt able to Catalyze

Hero Track Black Temple Timewalking raid isn’t able to be used in the Catalyst to change to tier.

I’m having the same issue on my hunter, Sylvie-Azgalor. I received a hero track chestpiece from the cache that can’t be catalyzed. The boots that dropped from the timewalking raid itself are able to be catalyzed.

Kinda worried that with this being missed when vet track gear from outdoor content was all hotfixed to work with catalysts, it may remain broken.
