Timewalking BC is the WORST!

no one knows the fights, everyone dies, and black morasssss is just terrible.

I don’t mind the BC dungeons. Though all the stuns and debuffs can be annoying. More so for some tanks than others.

I do agree about Black Morass though. It’s a easy dungeon but it’s just so boring.

i mean i dunno how many groups leave from shattered halls…

I honestly have more trouble with Slave Pen’s than anything else.

Last group I was in on my warlock, they wanted to shroud past the trash after the lobster boss dude. Despite me telling them the patrol had true sight. Naturally it went as expected and we died when the patrol aggro’d, thus pulling the other 2 groups we were in between. lol.

Or when a rogue decides to free the NPC at the end while the tank runs and grabs the boss so we get naga attacking us from the back.

Or the amount of people who simply don’t want to interrupt the fear that the nether rays do, causing people to get feared into other groups.

That’s been my experience thus far this week for Slave Pens. Shattered Halls, despite some of the trash being rough, is generally a pretty easy run. Slave Pens though… People seem to just throw their brain out the window, ha. Shattered Halls is mainly only rough if the tank gets a little overzealous and pulls too much.

Though the only dungeon I really hate is Mana Tombs. Those gouge spamming stalkers are evil.

Thanks for all the comments, everybody.

It’s been 4 days out of 7 already, and I haven’t done any timewalking dungeons yet this week. I was feeling like I really missed out on a lot.

Reading your comments made me feel better. You reminded my of how many ways 1 player can mess up a whole dungeon run (not ME of course…those other guys!) :joy:

I healed a timewalking earlier today on my disc priest. I thought it would be a quick and relaxing run and I would get to spend most of the run just smiting things to death. Well, I get into shattered halls and the tank is chain pulling huge groups. I’m forced to use chain my cd’s every pull and I’m constantly spamming shadow mend just to keep them alive. :scream:

We made it through without any deaths, and I admit the run was quick, but I noped out of the there the instant we finished it.

Wait there are mechanics?

My biggest issue is that they can take from 20-40 minutes depending on some groups >.>

Sounds more like the group finder community is the worst tbh.

I’ve enjoyed it so far, but are only a few of the dungeons actually available for Timewalking? Random queue only seems to place me into Slave Pens, Black Morass, Shattered Halls, Mana Tombs, Arcatraz, and Magister’s Terrace.

It could just be bad luck I suppose, but I’ve done some of these dungeons many times now. It just seems odd that I wouldn’t have seen any of the others at this point!

Dungeons in general right now seem worse than usual to me. I’ve been in like half a dozen dungeons on two toon’s where we wiped for stupid reasons…almost always because we went too quickly and pulled too much.

I hate ditching a group, but when you have a tank who twice pulls way too many mobs because he is in such a hurry, I figure it is just a waste of my time to stick around.

(And no, it isn’t me making the dungeons fail. In Normal dungeons my DPS is fine and I don’t stand in stuff).

Seems fine to me. I usually like TW dungeons for the change of pace, and BC is no exception.

There’s the occasional wipe from not knowing a boss mechanic, but wipes happen.

Black Morass is always one of the easiest for me. There are no real mechanics for people to mess up; you just run to the portals and kill things.

Have lots of DHs, kill the first giant thingy, go into the big hall, have the DHs go up the chain, swapblaster a warlock, then warlock ports everyone else, then kill the giant snu snu chick, then kill edgylord illidan. It’s not that hard.

Ported into Black Morass to join an in-progress group. Portals left unchecked. Mobs spawning everywhere. Mage whatsisface was getting ganked. Chaos left, right and centre. Noped out of there and ate the deserter debuff. This was my experience.

I heal these all the time. The tanks are always annoying. People want to chain pull these places and you can’t. That’s not how BC works or has ever worked. I’m tired of people being in such a big damn hurry, killing everyone and wasting time having to run back.

I get through them faster with guildies who use CC and don’t chain pull. But I guess being smart in those dungeons is a difficult concept for some others.

My biggest annoyance is always mana-tombs, everyone is so obsessed with skipping anything and everything due to M+ that they don’t want to listen about Pandemonius aggroing everything left alive in the room, and then even after experiencing that first hand they STILL make the same mistake with Shaffar :man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming:
