I have been trying to complete the Timewalking: Complete Quests in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms AND Timewalking: Gather Herbs, Ores, Skins, or Fish in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms in the Traveler’s Log. I have tried multiple characters, in and out of the cataclysm timewalking, and I haven’t been able to get either to update at all. Other Traveler’s Log quests do update. Both questing and gathering do have a time range of Oct 22 - Jan 07; it is Nov 09, which i hope i am not wrong in believing is between that range. Maybe someone forgot to put a 1 before the Jan date, and it actually ended Nov 07?

I’m looking at my traveler’s log right now, I do recall doing the Kalimdor/EK ones using my Hyper-Compressed Ocean, it is now asking for Outland (11/05 - 11/12). I used it right inside Anniversary grounds.
Perhaps, it is basing these off the Timewalking we are currently in, this would mean Classic was no longer valid from the time BC activated for TW.
I do see the Classic one does say (10/22 - 1/07).
There is also one further down for Northrend that isn’t active yet.
Just a thought.
Can say I’m having the same problem. Went fishing in Elwynn Forest and caught 10 fish, but my guide didn’t update. It just says 1/50. Quests aren’t updating either.

There are only 5 days left in this travelers log and this was never fixed.
The herbing/fishing/mining in Kalimdor or Eastern Kingdoms does not work at all. After I had herbed well over 50 herbs in Kalimdor I finally checked the log wondering why it hadn’t given me credit and I had gotten credit for 0 herbs.
It tells you it should work between 10/22 and 1/07 so it absolutely should still give you credit.

I’m having the same issue. Been stuck at 43/50 and cannot get it to complete no matter what I try.
It is currently Wrath timewalking so I would not expect Classic timewalking tasks to progress. I agree the phrasing is probably insufficiently clear.
“Insufficiently clear” is an understatement. It’s the next month now and it’s still not updating.
There is another one with the exact same name a few spots down in the journal that says 12/17 - 12/24. I would say maybe they forgot to remove the other one but it didn’t work right last month either so I dunno.
Yes, having same prob in 2/4-2/11 25. I have done many of the 'dungeon outland quests and others. I have also done the Bonus dungeon week Random players using the ‘que’… that doesn’t seem to be giving credit?
They have made this ‘Trading Post’ much more complicated than it was. Or, is it they want to force you to take weeks to get the reward. ??
This is happening to me today quest and herbs/mining etc.
Edit: Despite being active in the adventure guide it seems to be only the cataclysm timewalking objectives not working so i am assuming its related to time/date. Its active but not active in all regions yet so not turned on? ill just try tomorrow.
