Every single dungeon I do Im forced to watch a 7 minute countdown that then turns to massive numbers from 99 to 0. Where the hell is the setting to turn this off and why is this happening even with no addons. Its the most obnoxious thing for no reason at all.

Can you try using the steps here and then see if that clears it up?
If not, do you use any macros or anything that might be triggering a timer countdown when pressing a button?
Did all that. Turned everything off. Even the default WoW is giving me a 7 minute countdown when I drop the key in. Its driving me mad lol. Im dont use any macros at all.
Ah so it’s only happening in Mythic dungeons it sounds like.
I found another thread that sounds similar to what you’re seeing.
Might be a good idea to bug report it as well.

We’ve actually detected multiple timer based issues in WoW since patch 9.0 since this thread started. Please use the bug report forums for these. The devs are working on the ones we know about but in case you’ve found others, you definitely would want to send that to the bug report forums.
