This is a follow up to my previous post. I now have a 2nd Character at 3400+. I never received my first timelost saddle. I have the achievement and the title, but no item. My ticket submissions to Blizzard have been met with nothing but AI generated responses that refuse to help me. What can I do in this situation to get what I worked for?
