I can’t seem to figure out what quests I need in order to fight the world bosses on Timeless Isle. I read that it was supposed to start with one given by Wrathion, but apparently that quest is no longer available.
Really I just want to farm season 14 gear. Would it be better to just rack up marks of honor in Legion and buy the pieces from the horde tower in Pandaria?
I am only level 100, heading to Legion soon anyway.

Oh darn. I saw something that said they could drop the s14 gear on wowhead, but maybe that is old hat as well then.
They drop stuff when I smack 'em, once a week. I don’t know what quests I needed to do to unlock that; it definitely wasn’t the Wrathion quest that’s no longer in game, because I wasn’t around for MoP. I’d try talking to Emperor Shaohao.
He gave me some quests but they didn’t seem to move towards that goal but I might as well give it a try, thanks!
You only need to kill one Celestial Boss per week for the loot bag and 500 rep with the Black Prince, or you can kill of the bosses there for the achievement.
