Anyone else having this issue?
Level 60 Healer in a group of Level 80s. I deal nice scaled damage to the enemies, but I am left being unable to heal the group because they are so high. My heals just aren’t scaling in time warped dungeons.
i think they changed how low level work in timewalking because reasons. i couldn’t heal them in brew event too.

I have not had this issue at all. Is your gear up to your current level? I think that has something to do with it. I will say hots do not scale in the reverse. a high lvl putting a hot on a low level does literally zero healing

so you’re saying, you have a level 60 healer that heals a level 80 without any issues… ok
Yes. MY heals are ac tually insanely more powerful than my lvl 80s
Well, for us NORMAL people, A level 60 heal is around 30k.
The level 80 who was tanking our instance had 5 million health.
That is 0.6% of their health bar in heals.
My heal was NOT scaling.
I am telling you it is your gear. Is this an old alt? Did you not update gear?
My lvl 63 priest in 343 ilvl gear heals herself for 34k and heals a lvl 80 for 646k
RENEW does not scale, and holy priest mastery does not scale but direct heals DO
Wait, Renew doesn’t scale? That is terrible news for my new Discipline priest.

NONE OF THEM ARE SCALING and it’s NOT my gear if I’m healing myself for the SAME AMOUNT as the Tank who is 20 levels higher.

WHAT IS YOUR ILVL?!?! The scaling DOES NOT WORK if you are grossly under ilvl
Its worse for you. Power Word shield also doesnt scale properly. On priest you pretty much have to spam flash heal.

just did a few on my lvl 70 resto
with a bunch of level 80s, felt like my heals were scaled TOO crazy
i was able to top dmg meters by just spamming some chain lightning/acid rain here and there AND one riptide would legit top someone to full from like near death
it was cool, I felt super OP
my ilvl was prob like 460-470, the dungeon was giving me 415 ilvl tho. So it’s prob an ilvl thing
Fml. Maybe I’ll just stay in follower dungeons until level cap. lol
Mine are scaling - when I Holy Nova on my priest right now, the numbers vary depending on the target hit.
Makes my healing look ridiculous on Details.
No clue if it’s scaling well. I’m playing Shadow.

Ah yes another bug report that was lost to the void.
Well I am glad yours were.
Doesn’t change the fact my Level 80 tank was getting nothing while a warlock was getting full health every cast I made. Both getting the same numbers. Which meant I was not getting % scaling.
Having said that, they are patching this game frequently so maybe they will fix it. But I do have video evidence on my stream.
