Time Walking Groups Kicking without mercy

I have been unceremoniously kicked from groups recently. On healers and on DPS classes. All this is doing the Time Walking Group dungeons for leveling. I honestly don’t mind getting kick as much as I do the de-buff that prevents me from grouping again for 30 minutes. I am sure the person that instigated the kick had a completely valid reason in their mind for doing so but the rest of the group just seems to go a long with it. How is this toxic behavior allowed Blizzard?

Please remove the de-buff. I would rather be kick 15 times in a row then have to wait on hour to go back in a dungeon. ( 30 minute buff and another 30 minute wait time for a group when playing DPS.)

No thanks. There’s a good reason that the debuff is applied on a kick, when that wasn’t the case we saw healers and tanks demanding a kick to avoid the debuff for bailing on the group.
