Yep, someone was probably merging live stuff into the tournament streams and accidentally back-merged as well. It’s the kind of thing that usually happens in enterprises where there are several more layers of regression testing between feature streams and live software.

fk this man, i timed a +15 shrine with guild members, non of us in the group receive credit after. but when i put in keystone master achievement tracking command, it shows True-sots, which means bllizard has the records in their database who run what keys, so give credit, it took half my life to time this dumb sht
