If you die before able to hand in the quest, you cannot access Predition Hold…
The major problem is phases out of the quest instance into Predition Hold. There is a lvl61 Elite that phases in that can kill you quickly if you are new character… Then when you resurrect, the door is locked. new Character means not as far with Ve’nari.
