They look terrible. The human model is a mannequin with a dead soul. The face is just atrocious.
The Night Elf is a shadow of its former glory from classic. Alliance needs some uplifting!

Grinning cows with teeth are just plain creepy

I don’t understand what they did to female nelves, they lost all the pretty faces, and their hair styles are terrible. I wish they give to female humans and nelves a new model.
I don’t see why people say the night elves look bad.
They look a farsight better than the classic ones. The humans could use a little more emotion in the face I suppose.
Tauren are fine though. not sure why people think they need to be fixed?

Yeah, this is another reason I don’t want to play night elves anymore. It’s just… bad. The faces are at least half again as large and the faces are almost identical.
Yeah and I think taurens have terrible faces as well
The females are alright but the men - both night elf and human look TERRIBLE.
The human male faces look like mashed potatoes that have come to life and the night elf faces look like something I drew with my left hand.
I assume you didn’t start playing until they remade the models? The original humans are terrifying.

Female draenei, blood elves and void elves are pretty. I like nelves, but the faces could be more femenine.
Debatable. I guess if you are into scrawny teenage girls and chin/hair tentacles.
To each their own I suppose.
Pretty much all the model updates, including the goblins, removed the uniqueness to many of the faces. If you look at classic faces, there are a lot that didn’t make it in the updates. Same face syndrome is a real problem.

I main a Night Elf. Although I don’t mind if they work on areas that are missing detail, e.g our feet are pixelated I like the way we look.

That’s a good one, hahah. The new Human male faces look good. The human male body maybe can be upgraded. It still looks a bit stiff. But some people like that look. For a Paladin I would like that look. But for others, you might want a slimmer, more limber looking Human. Human females look good.
Night elf males faces are a little worse than they were before these changes. The bodies could use a few changes. And their casting animations could be changed. They don’t seem very center. Make Undead have their good looking normal sized faces again.
