I want no sharding 6 realms with the rules strictly enforced

EvE think zulgrub arena pvp rules but world wide so you could technically attack anyone regardless of faction, but you can also party with anyone regardless of faction, though guards will still attack those of opposite faction still.

All realms are empty, players are scattered around in so many expansions.

Mega server is the solution. One realm for All.

The technology doesn’t exist. NO company on earth can (using the current internet, which Blizzard doesn’t own) connect that many clients (players) with one server, at 100 FPS speeds.

It’s never been done. It can’t happen. Blizzard can’t do it. MIT can’t do it.

I know that OP thinks Blizzard has “magic” and can “do anything”. Sorry to burst your childhood dreams, but they don’t, and they can’t.

It can be done technically speaking but that would require major server overhauls.

They need to merge some of the dead realms so there are a minimum number of people for a stable economy, but otherwise it’s good to have variety.

We’re not ,we’re being realistic the more you cram on a server the more people will quite or want to move else where . Man was never a creature to live too close to each other or there would be social issues.And just because you don’t see them doesn’t mean they’re not there.

We already are in a sense. At least by data center. We just get load balanced into default shards with people from our original servers.

One AH and being able to guild with anyone would be the only real difference if they did this.
