Is anybody else having an issue getting the quest “Time to Fly” from the Stable Master Leila Stafford at the Tradewinds Market in Boralus at Lvl 30 on Alliance side? The quest is new in patch 10.1.5 update, and it just does not show up at all, is this a bug or am I missing something? I have read about the quest on WoWHead, no mention of a pre-requisite quest needed to be done before, so I am at a loss. Should I report it as a bug? Please help.
