Sure to you a problem doesn’t exist because your alliance, The problem DOES exist as horde. 30-40 min queue is a problem, not sure why you think its a good thing.

Ya’ll enjoyed the faction imbalance before when it was in your favor. Now that you’re seeing the repercussions of imbalances (long queues), you want to NOW consider taking actions to correct it. LOL
Just sleep in the bed you made, or reroll.
Hard to use classic as an example when the servers weren’t nearly this size and battlegroups weren’t crossrealm like this

Answer holds zero water after blizzard did server x-fers. Honestly they should give this option for people that want a way out of horde side. I am happy as horde never played it in classic and so far loving it.
I leveled on a balanced server so there is no imbalance enjoyment argument. Interesting how many alliance are passionately against server transfers…almost as if they don’t want to have to experience Q times

Although that is completely unrelated to the merit of my words, and ad-hominen based, I suspect you might not realize why it doesn’t matter.
So, how about:
No, that’s not a problem. It simply isn’t your preference. So, go play your Alliance toon, and have no queue times. That’s a very easy solution to your problem of not wanting queue times.
Just roll an alliance toon. ZUG ZUG. NO NEED for faction xfers.

You’re a strange person, so waiting 30-40 minutes for something you want to play is not a problem? I play classic to pvp, so waiting 30-40 minutes to do what I want to do in the game , is in fact a problem. How about you have to wait 30-40 minutes to enter Molten core, you queue up to enter, but then you wait 30-40 min before it allows you to enter. sounds good to me!
One option would be to let someone transfer their gold and faction rep (or equivalent) to the opposite faction but they would still have to level up from 1. I bet they would get some takers on that.
Where were you people in phase 2 when you were enjoying all the benefits that come from vastly outnumbering the other faction?
Uh actually no… it’s always been the case that Horde players far outnumbered Alliance players since the beginning of time in Vanilla/Classic through TBC, WOTLK.
Crossrealm is a moot point, because with Horde outnumbering Alliance on the same server, that would actually mean significantly longer queues had it not been Xrealm. It really didn’t change the fact that based on the past, there would potentially be more Horde players than Alliance, and therefore imbalanced Q’s would exist.
Server size is also a moot point. The size of a server doesn’t change the fact that in the past, Horde outnumbered Alliance. You simply now have more people on the server, with the same faction ratio…
You say that as if there weren’t alliance dominant factions or servers that were balanced
So because we happened to randomly roll on a server with imbalance (the stats aren’t posted on character creation screen) we deserve to be punished for the rest of the game?
I play on both sides, alliance earned their instant Q and if you want instant Q you can roll alliance.
There are far more horde on pvp servers for the crutch racials and travel. I rolled ally so I could fight the overwhelming odds. If you didnt know you were going to have queue times then odds are you do not have the awareness to have an opinion in the first place.

Sounds like all the horde on my server saying it was “balanced” when it turns out it was at least 65% in their favor. The only horde screwed by this entire ordeal were the ones on Heartseeker, and the alliance on that server are routinely ridiculed and banned from premade AV discords.
