With all the new customization options being added, imo now is as good a time as any to let Forsaken be undead Elves as well.
They have been wanted for a long time and there’d be no work involved to add them as they already exist in game. And there is no lore argument against it.
The only possible argument is it’d be “unfair” to have the Forsaken be able to be 2 races but that feels very contrived when it’s something that’s fully within the lore already.

Yes because we clearly need elf variant number 764 running around.
No, in shorter and more polite terms.

They could add Forsaken skins for every race as anything that was living can be raised up as a Forsaken, except Worgens as they loose out.

Ya yeet.
There are two potentially 3 forsaken elves. Undead original high elf, undead blood elf, undead night elf.

That won’t cause an even bigger faction imbalance at all

The Forsaken might have had enough with undead elves for a while given recent events.
Its just an idea not thinking about numbers.
I’m all for them being added, either as customisation or just as San’lyn.
I’d really prefer San’layn being their own race with heritage armor, racials, etc.
I would like to see the undead/forsaken elven options being made playable options too. People could make an forsaken elven ranger for that dark ranger vibe.

Sure, and give NEs a worgen customization. After all we were worgen before the Gilnean came out from behind their wall.
Its time to add orcs, trolls, taurens and goblins forsaken.
How about we give the Forsaken Human skin tones?
That would be a lot closer than adding a whole race.
