as the title suggests, when you use Time skip, (ie clearing a big trash pull in raid when everyone pops all cooldowns), the skill does not reset when you hit the boss and run out of the room to reset raid cooldowns. not sure if anyone else noticed it but on 2 separate occasions, this has happened to me.
Maybe stop messing with the timelines?
