Completed the time rift for the weekly, and didn’t get a bag.
Anyone else have this issue?
I had this issue but with researchers under fire. I got the bag and it says u have earned the reward this week but 0/1…. 
The “bag” from Time Rifts comes from the quest Soridormi gives, which I think still has a “once per week on your account” limitation for some reason.
…which should probably be nixed at this point since it was basically a measure to keep people with multiple toons from buying all of the cosmetics too quick, and I doubt anyone cares since we’re well beyond the point of people being more than able to buy everything “normally” anyway.

I’ve already done it on my other toon, this may be the reason.

The only character of mine that got a bag was the one that did the quest. Since only one character per account can do the quest, it seems like it is shortchanging us.
Yep, each alt is getting screwed out of a weekly cache, isn’t it great?

You would think that Blizz would have fixed this knowing it was the weekly cache quest…

OMG , I fell off a parapet on the last boss and never got a shot in! I have to do rift all over again! I was so disgusted I gave the toon the day off.
