I think it’s been long enough now, the last raid was launched on February 22nd of 2022, and ya’ll want to shorten the expansions in order to release content faster, maybe this could be considered " releasing content " too.
I still don’t get the hassle, everybody already is soloing Shadowlands Content, but it takes them half a year for a clear of a run just to get appearances or mounts to drop.
Only reason I was playing Arcane Mage in Legacy content is because Touch was one shotting any boss, but you’ve Shadow"fixed" that 2 weeks ago (or more like fun-policed it) and now it makes me see just how annoying it is.

Eh, starting with BfA, we’ve been expected to just naturally overpower the instances as our gear improves. The legacy buff’s only brought in whenever they do stat squishes, purportedly to keep our power level more or less the same in legacy content that probably didn’t get squished as much as we did (or at all). They always mess that up, but it’s why nothing past Legion currently has this buff. But we’re apparently getting another squish in 12.0, so we’ll probably see it around that time?
It’s such a dumb concept. TWW made both SL and BFA raids harder by like 2.5 times, and we got nothing in return but “wait on ilvl increase, for literal freaking years”
It’s such anti-gameplay, anti-fun and completely useless on their part
It’s not even normal that when I look at a new Raid tier Mythic-Only Mount that’s gonna last about 6 months I go " ohhh! such a badass mounts! can’t wait to have it in 4 years from now".
All I’ve been doing for months was clearing remaining raids I need to complete my mount collection, and since most of these are BFA/Shadowland’s I can’t, so they essentially just killed my gameplay by nerfing mages cause ain’t no way I can pass a full on hour+ of my time in each raid.

When was this? The 11.0 patch did make BfA and SL harder for some reason, but that eventually got reverted back to what it was like in 10.2.7.
Yeah, I didn’t see the revert news, tho whatever happens we’re still bound to wait for Ilvl increase in order to kill stuff from over 2 years ago in a video game where stuff that was doable 6 months ago already is outdated today
Wasn’t the modifier specifically to address stat squishes? And we haven’t had one in TWW. You can kill every boss in Shadowlands in maybe 2 minutes at Level 80, anyway.
You can solo everything on mythic

I had no issues soloing Mythic Sepulcher at 636.

Everything in Shadowlands is pretty easily soloable now.

My understanding was that there has been no further damage modifiers implemented since WoD and that Blizz has been 100% relying on ilvl scaling in all content subsequent to that. Is that not so?
My hunter is soloing it easily at 618.

Not quite. Legion’s had the legacy buff active since the level squish in the SL prepatch. But that was also the last time we had a squish, and squishes are when the legacy buff gets extended to include more expansions.
It’s soloable easily but even taking 12s a boss was taking me 30m to clear Sepulcher or Sanctum, change every boss to a 2m kill timer and actual mechanics to do instead of zug zug one shot like Arcane was for the better part of literal years, I do not have a full hour a legacy raid
there was never a legacy buff according to ion
it was always natural power scaling
an expansion after you have the power of 5 people
2 after you have the power of a raid group
3 after you have the power of 5 raid groups
they only add a buff when they do squishes to compensate for the loss of stat
well they made skips warband wide so just need to do a full run 4x on one character

Easily soloable around 600 as well

I noticed that Sepulcher drops a ton of loot.
I don’t think I’ve found it too bad. Some annoying parts like waiting for Forgesmith to do his roleplay part of the encounter.
TWW has brought some perks like the 1/2 heal on Kaelthas after soul infuser stack + bandages. Makes mythic him accessible for anyone.

The amount of tier and weapon tokens you get from Sepulcher and Nathria is pretty crazy. Not complaining, I was just very surprised by it when I first ran them.
