I would kill for this hairstyle for Void and Blood Elves…
Nooooooo, you can’t have it! It’s mine!
I actually have a very similar hairstyle going on right now, though my partial dreads are a work in progress.
This is genuinely all I want from future hair options.
Its so bizarre how people endlessly try too bootstrap wanting pretty elf options to every imaginable justification. You can just want “pretty” elves on the Alliance because you want it. That is a valid request. Nobody needs to prostrate themselves like this.
hehe
kk
squeaky wheel tactic tossed out lol
I think it’s funny that blood elf players get mad because people want to play a certain way on a game they pay a subscription for. Void elves are blood elves; void elves and blood elves are both High elves. If one get customization options, the other should get them too. It’s ridiculous to think a group that was once on the alliance side wouldn’t go back after the stuff that happened in Battle for Azaroth. I for one, roleplay a High elf/Blood elf that left the horde to join the alliance after Sylvanas burned Teldrassil, I couldn’t care less the name of my race.
Blood Elf players don’t even have to care what you or others like you do, Blizzard is who has decided that they didn’t want to give Alliance actual High Elves/Blood Elves or all of our customizations it’s why Void Elves still glow blue, bleed blue, sound weird, have absolutely awful hair, etc. you can try to blame the playerbase all you want but the reality is Blizzard didn’t want Alliance to have actual High Elves/Blood Elves like they did the Horde so deal with it.
Edit - but also try taking blame for you and others like your actions in asking for a wannabe race of our race and stop complaining about getting exactly that with some of our customizations copy/pasted on because again that’s exactly what was asked for and what you got so.
They gave the void elves natural hair colors and natural skin colors, that’s a start to have the option to play high elves if we want to do that.
Then do that and stop acting like you should get 100% of our stuff since they clearly don’t want you to have it, I mean I will never understand why people like you can’t accept they had multiple chances to give Alliance actual High Elves/Blood Elves and they didn’t, add to it even when they shared some of our customizations they didn’t give you 100% of them, I mean take the hint.
I’m sure eventually that will change. Even if they decide to make fresh ideas, but with a more high elvish look.
Yeah I’m sure, that’s why they won’t even give Void Elves actual new or unique customizations because you all wasted your customization passes getting our stuff and asking for our stuff and now yourself included complain about that even.
I legit have no sympathy for any of you because from what I’ve seen from you as a poster you aren’t even happy having the brown hair because it’s not the shade you like so yeah sorry but I am so glad Blizzard doesn’t bow to you people anymore.
We never know what the future holds. Eventually we all will get what we want I’m sure.
I don’t care either way since I don’t like Void Elves or play them and a lot of others feel the same way as I do which is why these types of threads and requests get such negative responses but again and in your case I don’t really feel bad for you because if you actually want our stuff play a Blood Elf or use what’s available to you already and keep pretending.
Also and like I said in my original post @ you a few ago stop trying to blame players like me for what you’ve gotten or not gotten because you asked and people like you asked for what you got and in the case of Void Elves Blizzard is who made that decision so put the blame on yourself and others like you as well as Blizzard.
I like void elves a lot, and I think the current options are already good enough, you can have fair skin like Alleria, the purple hues like the first void Elves, and you can go full tendril or not.
Void Elves were a controversial addition, but I think they are as an option better than the regular high elves.
High elf Rpers can just use the options available and be on their way.
Most of the hairstyles look too emo to be high elves. We have maybe 3 for females that look classy/pretty enough to be considered high elf/blood elf material. Maybe in the future, they will add more.
Only things that Void Elves doesn’t have is their own race faction reputation, Their own Culture of High Elven Buildings but Void, Their own alliance theme zones, Capital City, Better Heritage Armor, and etc is what is stopping the Void Elves.
I hate how nearly every male Void Elf hairstyle is balding. I’m not balding in real life, and I don’t want my character to be either.
Its the Vegeta hairline, so It is a royal hairline.
It’s not that number of customizations; it’s that many different combinations of customizations are possible. You get that number by multiplying the numbers of options of all “categories” together.
So:
Face customizations * hair colors * skin colors * markings * etc (Using night elves as an example with markings)
Of course, this has to account for customization options that are exclusive to others. So let’s say there are 6 skin color options and 6 face options. Normally, it would be 6*6 = 36 different combinations. However, 2 of the face options are exclusive to 3 of the skin color options… This is where it gets tricky.
I think in this case you would actually just “branch” off the skin colors with exclusive options.
So (3 skin colors * 2 face options * all other categories customizations) + (3 skin colors * 4 face options * all other categories customizations)
