[NA][A][PvE][Semi-Hardcore] EVENINGS EASTERN
Introduction
Tilted Gryphons is a PvE focused guild which is looking for social and progression-oriented players in order to complete all the content in Classic, and have a rowdy good time doing it. We don’t mind if you’re new to Vanilla or played in 2005, we have room for everyone if they’re willing to be a positive member of our community.
Goals
- Be one of the top raiding guilds on Alliance for our server!
- Be a welcoming and friendly environment that you WANT to play with every night.
- Clear all content as efficiently as we reasonably can.
- Have a dedicated PVP team past Phase 3 interested in getting titles for those who want them.
- Generate great content and wholesome memes.
Member Expectations
- Emulate the Gryphon. Be friendly to others, don’t be a dick, contribute to the guild and server community in a way that would make everyone proud to be a part of it, and have a drive to take action when called upon.
- For our raiders, the willingness to improve. We don’t require previous experience, just the ability to better yourself and the raid!
- Be able to use Discord with push to talk if you’re interested in being an endgame player.

Nicely formatted recruiting post. The guild sounds great. Too bad 1am weeknight is I think just too late for me. To wind down and actually get to sleep after would be 2:30-3am probably.
One question I had after reading, which might help others who are looking, do you know what loot system the guild plans to use? If so, might want to add a snippet about it under the raiding section.

We’re looking to use loot council for our progression, with EPGP keeping track of everything to help make informed decisions. There are just too many key items that need to go to key roles to get our first clears. Our biases for loot are publicly available once you’re a member so there’s no major surprises there, and we’ll be bringing in randomly selected raid members into each raids LC to keep everything on the up and up.
Once we have farm going, we likely will drop LC.

We do have some casual players joining, and once we have things on farm we’ll definitely have room for our more busy members. You’re perfectly welcome to join and we’ll try to fit you in where we can.
