Most players don’t interact with the game outside of the game itself. For the community that does, it’s either people no longer playing or people invested in the game deeply enough to want to interact with it beyond the game itself.
Tik-Tok is the antithesis of what it takes to actually be invested in WoW long term. Considering the WoW official Youtube barely scrapes 200k views on their best days anymore, and some of the most popular content creators struggle to scrape 50-100k views, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who cares about that mount you got or whatever stupid thing you clipped.

The twitter integration from WoD was a HUGE failure. Plus the looming chance of it getting banned. Just download OBS studio for free. Record your games, audio and all, and then go into the recording afterward, find your markers and make your clips to post. I would rather not add lasagna to a spaghetti code.
