It only shows on the Mythic/Elite version.
If you want it to show on other variants, you need the Keystone Hero achievment

Yeah sadly they made it for high end content only, despite the fact that that arm variants exist for all colors.
Its a shame because the arms literally make the set what it is.

Get the achievement item then. Nothing stopping you. It’s been the same thing every season since season 1 of DF. It makes what used to be strictly a mythic only variant available for all colors.

I have no interest in doing M+ it is a cesspool.
I’m not inherently opposed to visuals locked behind rating / difficult content. But in this particular instance, it isn’t just a cool visual enhancement, it is the entire point of the set. It’s supposed to be a Shivarra. Without the arms it’s a completely different thematic.

What do you mean which is? Look at the set. It’s clearly inspired by the concept of the Shivarra. The arms that appear are a bonus for either mythic, elite pvp or getting the keystone achieve. Every class set has a special effect only for Mythic, elite. The added bonus of the item that enables the effects for all colors isn’t just going to be given to you because you want it.

There’s more to the outfit than the arms dude. The crown, the skimpy upper part of the robe. The arms are in the game and you know how to get them, stop complaining and start grinding or miss out on the coloration you want.

The set is garbo without the animation. So unless you wade through the complete s***hole that is m+ to get the achievement (absolutely not worth it imo, i have a life) or you are a mythic raider, you wont be getting it.
It might have been cool with the different colors, but blizz caters too much to the 1%.
If you have to point out that you “have a life”, I don’t buy that as an excuse at all lmao. The set is fine. You people just want everything handed to you.
There’s usually 3 ways to get the item, from 2500 mythic IO, hitting 2400 rating in pvp or killing the last boss in mythic raid, while the first two u can’t achieve when the season is over u can still down the mythic boss whenever u like to receive the stone to gain the visual effects, you just gotta find a group doing it a year later or solo it yourself probably 2 years later

lol if blizzard catered to the 1% elite there would be no flex raiding, no weeklies for heroic raid gear or vaults every week. No catalyst for free tier, no lfr, no delves, etc.

m+ 2500 rewards an item that gives you the mythic tier tmog, and you get the animations.
And also I dont really enjoy the shiva arms that much.
The outfit is there.
You chose not to get it.
