So today after seeing this is still not fixed i find out that unable to add the gem socket item that u get from the vault guy to the conquest wrist gear. Im pretty much a pvp scrub and i need all the help i can get with gear why is there nothing on this from Blizz ?

I am having the same issue but with a different item. My Crimson Gladiator’s Plate Wristguards ‘cannot be modified’.

I’m having the same issue on my main but all my alt’s neck pieces are fine… submitted a ticket but no such luck.

Day 8, with 4 hour long plus maintenances and they still haven’t fixed this. A pair of monkeys would have this fixed faster than blizzard

Bump. Still an issue. At this point its clear Blizz just DGAF. Saying the the Neck pieces bought now will work is all good and well, but not fixing the original pieces its utter bullshìt. To put it down to uncapped conq in a weeks time as a resolution is just plain lazy. I’m curious as to how this would have been handled if it were say a mythic raid drops, or mythic plus drops that experienced the same issues.

So they are saying i can buy a new neck and it will work ?? How about giving me the conquest i spent on the first one in order to buy a 2nd one
I already asked to remove item and the answer is always the same. we can not do anything
the npc’s item has already been fixed and whoever bought it before will be at a loss

Failed at item restoration, still doesnt work after deleting it /restore. Blizzard stop stalling this is your bug.

BLIZZ… Are you gonna let this one slide? are we supposed to just eat up the cost and grind another one after the cap is removed? i mean, W.H.Y??? if you can’t fix your sh$t, can’t you at least refund the conquest points so we get another one now???
Sorry to anybody with this problem but it looks like we’re torched on options. It’s either buy the neck again or deal with the bricked useless neck that can’t be socketed. With the conquest cap being removed next reset they won’t be bothered to fix this problem, and putting a ticket in with support is useless, they can do nothing for us. Thank you blizz for absolutely nothing.

Well gang looks like this is a dead end once again the pvp side is out right ignored by Blizz. The things i would like to say would get me banned in sure. Please keep the faith in game but this is a dead end for us
