After all this downtime, still there is no fix. I only do PVP things so this affects my progression in the game. It’s getting to the point for me where I need to look for other ways to spend time that are not so frustrating. Probably a good thing so Blizzard, thank you for your incompetence! Please ignore this bug as long as you like! My sub ends 2/6.

As of 1 minute ago I am still having this same issue using settings to add sockets to my Crimson Gladiator’s Pendant. I am able to socket the blue honor item, and I was previously able to socket the conquest neck piece on a different character, but ever since the this past Tuesday, Jan 31st, I have not been able to socket the conquest neck pieces. I have no encountered this issue on more than one character.
its been 3 days, we have had 2 maintenances whilst people have spam-reported this bug and still no hotfix, gg blizzard. Swifty got hotfixed out of the game within hours but actual bugs are whatever I guess
With the setting? it’s only for necks. Or are you talking about the socket item from the vault you buy with the tokens?
We mean necks purchased on or after Tuesday. Can’t use any ranked Tiered setting on them, and it doesn’t matter whether they’re upgraded or not.
Got a response to my ticket today and to break it down :
The Developers are currently aware of the issue . At this time we currently do not have a work around and all we can advise is to wait until we have a fix out
So i guess they know about it but dont know what to do , i hope this dont take all season to fix
